I have Computer Diagnostics on site, A Modern Tire Machine and Computer Spin Balancer, All Special Tools and Factoy Parts/Service Manuals, as well as the Factory Job Time Code Books. That's How you're charged for labor...by the Factory Flat Rate Time...I don't make up a time, or guess...I charge the standard time for the work.
